The past few weeks have reminded me how unpredictable life can be. Some days feel heavy, others lighter — but every day is a chance to keep moving forward.
I’ve realized that healing isn’t a straight line. It’s made of pauses, small wins, and quiet moments of courage. It’s learning to trust yourself again, to rebuild one piece at a time, and to believe that new beginnings can grow from the hardest places.
What gives me strength lately are simple things: a message from someone kind, a walk in the sun, a deep breath before the next step. These are the moments that remind me I’m still here, still trying, still hopeful.
